Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Bronwyn Kelleher, trading as Harmony Hands, at The Grange Leisure & Community Centre, Grange Drive, Stratton St Margaret, Swindon SN3 4JY. By booking a treatment, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking
Appointments can be booked online through the Harmony Hands website or by contacting Bronwyn directly on 07403 286984 or at bronwyn@harmonyhands.co.uk. All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email.
2. Payment
Payment for all treatments is taken on the day of your appointment. We accept card, cash, and bank transfer.
3. Cancellation policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: no charge
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: a cancellation fee may apply
- No-shows: may be charged in full
Bronwyn reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered an alternative appointment at your convenience.
4. Late arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full fee remains payable regardless of any reduction in treatment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, Bronwyn may need to treat the appointment as a no-show.
5. Gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are available for specific treatments or for a monetary value
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Vouchers are transferable and may be used by anyone
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
- If the treatment cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference is payable on the day
6. Health declaration
All clients are required to complete a health declaration form before their first treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, and any other information that may affect the safety or suitability of your treatment.
If your health circumstances change between appointments, please inform Bronwyn before your next session. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in a treatment being modified or declined, and Harmony Hands cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects arising from undisclosed conditions.
7. Treatment suitability
Bronwyn reserves the right to modify, adapt, or decline any treatment if she believes it may pose a risk to your health or safety. This decision is made in your best interest and is based on professional judgement. If a treatment is declined, Bronwyn will explain why and, where possible, suggest an alternative. No charge will be applied for treatments that are declined by Bronwyn before they begin.
8. Community rates
Discounted community rates may be available on enquiry for NHS staff and Grange Gym members. Community rates cannot be combined with gift vouchers, promotional offers, or any other discount. Proof of eligibility may be required.
9. Liability
Bronwyn Kelleher holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance covering all treatments offered at Harmony Hands. Harmony Hands accepts liability for any injury or harm directly caused by negligence on the part of Bronwyn during the delivery of a treatment.
Harmony Hands is not liable for:
- Any adverse reaction or injury resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or medications
- Normal post-treatment effects such as temporary soreness, redness, or fatigue, which are expected after certain treatments
- Loss or damage to personal property brought to the treatment room
10. Photography and testimonials
Harmony Hands may occasionally request permission to use your feedback as a testimonial on the website or social media. Your name will only be used with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. No photographs will be taken during treatments without your written permission.
11. Changes to these terms
Harmony Hands may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. The terms that apply to your booking are the terms in effect at the time the booking was confirmed.
