- GoHighLevel CRM: used to manage bookings, client records, and communications. GoHighLevel is a US-based platform that participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, providing appropriate safeguards for data transferred outside the UK
- Stripe: used to process payments. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and does not share your payment card details with Harmony Hands
All data is handled with appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

- Booking and treatment records: retained for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements for tax and accounting purposes
- Health declaration forms: retained for 7 years from your last appointment
- Marketing consent records: retained until you withdraw your consent
- Payment records: retained by Stripe in accordance with their own data retention policy
