Meet Bronwyn

Massage therapist, Reiki Master, and the person behind Harmony Hands. Every treatment starts with listening.

Bronwyn Duff, massage therapist and Reiki Master at Harmony Hands, Swindon

My story

I'm Bronwyn. I run Harmony Hands from a little treatment room inside The Grange Leisure Centre in Stratton, and honestly, it's the best job I've ever had.

I became a massage therapist because I found out firsthand how much it helps. A few years ago, I went through a period of serious illness that changed everything. During my recovery, I discovered massage and Reiki, and they made a difference I genuinely hadn't expected. Not a miracle cure, just real, noticeable relief. I thought: if it helped me this much, I want to learn how to do this for other people.

So I trained. I qualified as a massage therapist, then kept going and became a Reiki Master. I set up Harmony Hands because I wanted to create a space that felt different from the big spas and chains. Somewhere quiet, personal, where it's just you and me, and I can actually give you my full attention.

Qualifications and training

If you're the type who wants to check credentials (and you absolutely should), here's what I'm qualified in:

Reiki Master

Trained to the highest level of Reiki practice. One of a small number of Reiki Masters operating in the Swindon area, qualified to teach as well as treat.

Diploma in Massage Therapy

Fully qualified in therapeutic massage including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, Indian head, and aromatherapy techniques. Insured and registered.

B12 Injection Training

Trained in the safe administration of intramuscular vitamin B12 injections, allowing clients to receive nutritional support alongside their physical and energy treatments.

My approach

"I listen first, treat second. Every time."

My approach is pretty simple: I listen. Before every session, we have a proper chat. Not a clipboard questionnaire, just a conversation about what's going on with your body and what you're hoping to get out of the session.

Some people come in with specific problems: a bad shoulder, tension headaches, lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day. Others just want to switch off for an hour. Both are completely fine. There's no right or wrong reason to book a massage.

I see a maximum of three people a day, with a 30-minute gap between each session. That means I'm never rushed, you're never rushed, and the room is always properly set up before you arrive.

Why The Grange

When I was looking for a home for Harmony Hands, The Grange felt right straight away. It's a genuine community hub in Stratton, with a gym, fitness classes, and a strong local following. The building is modern, well maintained, and easy to find with free parking right outside.

My treatment room sits within the centre but is set apart from the main facilities. It's quiet, warm, and when you close the door, the rest of the building disappears. Plenty of my clients are gym members who book a massage as part of their recovery routine, but the space works just as well for people who have never set foot in a gym and simply want to feel better.

The Grange is in north Swindon, easy to reach from Stratton St Margaret, Highworth, South Marston, Blunsdon, and the wider Swindon area. If you're coming from further afield, the A419 is just minutes away.
